- FIND AND SECURE LAND FOR YOUR HOME
- In order to finance your home the title to the land must be
in your name, or the name of the person whose name will be on
the mortgage.
- If you will be financing your home and the land is presenting
part of a larger parcel that already has a home on it, the land
must be subdivided so that there is only one home per parcel
|
|
- GET YOUR FINANCING PRE-APPROVED
- We can help you with this, as much or as little as needed.
Be aware that we work with all the major financial institutions
in the manufactured home industry.
- Make an appointment with T&C Homes or the Bank/financial
institution you have a relationship with to secure pre-approval
on your home/land purchase.
