The W.M.'s

W.M.'s

This couple lives on a 6th generation homestead, and in the original house, in Wyoming. They wanted a home that would last another 6 generations. After hearing good things about us they decided to come see our homes. They were amazed.

They decided on the largest 3 section home that KIT makes, the Golden State 3012. To fit it to the surroundings we installed knotty pine doors, doorframes, molding, and baseboard. This, together with other touches like a completely customized 3-sided fireplace, enables this home to fit the land like it had always been there. Mrs. W.M. loves her new home.

The M.A.'s

M.A.'s

Having been living in "a little old farm house" for the past 3 years, while having 2 children, the M.A.'s needed a new home. They looked at many options but decided on a KIT home from T&C because of the quality, cost, and time to build. They found us by word of mouth from past customers.

We installed a KIT Cedar Canyon 2006 on a full basement foundation, complete with Hickory cabinets, upgraded carpet and an upgraded refrigerator. They love their home.

The B.L.'s

Another couple that found us on the Internet. They live in the Reno area but were relocated to their "final" home in the Elko area. They had heard a lot about the quality of the KIT homes and decided that is what they wanted.

A Golden State 3011 was decided upon, and installed on a raised knoll that looks down on the surrounding area. To accommodate the lot/view the plan was flipped (mirror image) end-to-end giving a view from the porch that is nothing short of spectacular. They are continually getting compliments on their new home from all that pass by.

The R.H.'s

R.H.

This was a home that was completed mostly via e-mail. After finding us on the Internet, this Idaho resident did planning, made changes, and decided on options via the Internet. The project turned out a KIT Cedar Canyon 2030, with a 4:12 roof pitch that was stretched to make it 1500 square feet of very livable space. The home is in a residential development, looks just like all the site-built homes that reside in the same development but R.H. knows it cost significantly less. R.H. really likes his home.

The H.G.'s

H.G.'s

Another customer that had originally discovered us on our web site. They made a trip to our sales center from their home in WY and found a floor plan among the 5 homes at our sales center that they really liked. After making some changes to it, like flipping the plan (mirror imaging), adding all knotty pine doors/casing/trim/baseboard throughout the home, etc., they ordered a KIT Crystal Park 4008. A couple of things about the process were a little different. They requested KIT build a special kitchen cabinet for Mrs. G's use, which KIT did. They had some very particular colors they wanted for the exterior of the home that KIT did not offer, so they painted it themselves when the home was delivered.

Everyone who sees their home, that sits majestically on a hill, wants one just like it. They love their home and tell everyone who asks to come see T&C Homes for one of their own.

The P.'s

The P's

This was very unusual, for one thing it was a single section home. For another, it needed to have two master bedrooms. KIT made it all work by patiently designing, through the long process, exactly what the P.'s wanted. This is a home they use in Northern Utah in the summer. They will be spending winters in Southern Nevada. They love the way the home came out.
