Welcome to our floor plan page for KIT HomeBuilders West who build all of their floor plans in both (IRC-code) Modular as well as (HUD code) Manufactured Homes. You have the choice of five different series: Cedar Canyon, Cedar Canyon LS, Golden State, Stonebridge, or the Cabin Series. In making your selection you should know that all three series of homes are built exactly alike, same great construction, insulation, and engineering. The differences between the five are as follows:

CEDAR CANYON – This is the basic line KIT HomeBuilders offers. This series offers the smallest homes of the different series and the most basically equipped regarding options. It is the KIT Homebuilders objective to have Cedar Canyon homes cost less per square foot, because of the basic approach, than the other series.

CEDAR CANYON LS – This is the basic line KIT HomeBuilders offers, less some of the frills that are in the regular Cedar Canyon line. This series offers an option for those that need a rock bottom price but still want a great value in a home. It is the KIT Homebuilders objective to have Cedar Canyon LS homes cost less per square foot so those with a very limited budget can still afford to purchase a home.

GOLDEN STATE – This series offers both two (2) and three (3) section homes. Many of the optional additions that are found in the Cedar Canyon series are offered as standard features in the Golden State series of homes. To put it another way, these homes come “fully loaded” with all the options available as standard features. Our customers love the “ Golden State” concept of having everything included. The Golden State series offers larger homes in general than the Cedar Canyon.

STONEBRIDGE – The Luxury Line of KIT Homes – This is the series that pulls out all the stops in providing luxury for purchasers of custom homes built in a factory. Uniquely designed luxury homes with costs that reflect the quality and savings provided through off-site construction where both quality and the environment can be highly controlled.
