Here is a list of supplemental costs and improvements that many of our customers have encountered in purchasing a home on a lot. These items, and others not listed, may or may not be required as part of your home building experience, but we created this list so that you would have an idea of what else may be required. We have listed these items in worksheet form, so that you can print a copy of this page and fill in the costs that apply to building a home in your area.
