I-Code Series designations are related to the type of home (2 Section Ranch, 3 Section Ranch, Cabin, Cape Cod), unlike the HUD series which are separated according to specifications. All of the I-Code models have substantially the same standard product specifications, with generally more standard features than the HUD homes.
