T.R.'s
This couple wanted a large home for their growing family, but did not have a lot of money. To fit this need we took a Golden State 3007 and stretched it 10 feet (added 400 sq. ft.). The additional square footage was added mainly to the living area of the home. We then added some really nice touches like hickoy cabinets and upgraded carpet to give the home a great feel. With the addition of the 400 sq. feet, innovation was a must. KIT Homebuilders' ability to do the required modifications was indispensable.
The T.R.'s are local Northern Utah people and found us by driving past our Sales Center and finally stopping in. One twist in this transaction was that our sales team helped her find the buyer for her previous home. Without that happening, this home would still be a wish and not a reality.
G.A.'s
This couple was a referral from a local Wyoming Real Estate Company. The home they liked was the 2R307-11 Guerdon modular, but they wanted to take out a bedroom and create a huge dining room, which we did. The installation time on this home was 5 weeks from the time it was set on the foundation until the time the G.A.'s moved in.
Mr. G.A. had spent many years in the building business and did all of his own cement work. Because of his knowledge of the building industry he was very impressed with the apeed of installation as well as the quality of construction.

This couple lived in Idaho but wanted to build in mid-Utah. In driving back and forth between the two sites they found us in Tremonton. They had looked at other factory built homes as well as the option of site building but decided on T&C and KIT because of the quality of the home and the knowledge of the personnel in Tremonton.
To make a Kit Cedar Canyon 2016 into their perfect home they changed two of the bedrooms into a larger family/great room and office. They then arched the office entry as well as the main entrance. In addition to being very involved in the installation, Mr. B.B. built his own garage.

The lady is very involved in animal rescue, specializing in cats. Her new home needed to have two completely separate linoleum floored "cat" rooms with individual doors to the outside. In addition she needed her living room to be in a certain section of the home that has a view of a major waterway, and the main entrance needed to be moved to accommodate the location of the home on the lot. We did all of this with a KIT Cedar Canyon 2019 and a lot of work/engineering time from the factory. One of the by-productsof the new design was that we had to completely relocate and redesign one of the bathrooms. Our lady loves her new home.

A bachelor pad with a large poolroom was the goal for the final design of this home. We did it by taking a KIT Golden State 3001 and eliminated the end two bedrooms and redesigned the space into a poolroom with patio doors to the exterior - it is truly a great room. In addition we made the kitchen "amazing" according to K.B. He is from the local Northern Utah area and had heard about us from other customers.

This couple found us on the Internet. Based on what they saw they came to us with high expectations. We met those expectations with a Golden State 3008. We moved the entry to the end of the home and tied in an attached garage (but first took out the nook). This home is in the trees in Wyoming, has a great porch, and is loved by their new owner.
