THE GUERDON CAPE COD SERIES comes with 9' celings as the standard ceiling height on the main floor. The unfinished second floor has the option of 2 or 3 dormers, depending on the model, and is reached by a finished stairway from the first floor of the home. The usable living area of the second floor is approximately 50% of the first floor square footage, but with lots of extra storage space available in the remaining 50%.
