In this area of our web site you will find all the floor plans that are built to modular home (I-CODE) code. Less than 10% of all homes that are factory built are constructed to this code, but the percentage/numbers are growing rapidly. When comparing our floor plans/features to other manufacturers, understand that the other manufacturers are probably manufactured (HUD code) as opposed to Modular (I-CODE). An interesting piece of information about the modular (I-CODE) code homes is that they do not have to be in a finished state in order to ship, whereas HUD-code homes can only be shipped when they are completed. Example - a Modular home can be shipped without siding if the purchaser is going to stucco on site. This would not be true of a manufactured home which would have to be completely sided before it was shipped.
If you don't understand the difference between HUD code homes and I-Code homes, you may go to HUD code vs. I-Code for more information.
