GUERDON - VALUE LINE RANCH HOME In the Value Line they DID NOT reduce the quality, or style. What they did was take out some of the more expensive features that increased the cost. They put in a 4:12 roof pitch instead of a 6:12, vinyl siding and window trim versus cement composite lap siding and window trim. Steel front & rear doors versus fiberglass. Wood jam and sheetrock returns on the windows as opposed to all cased windows. Shorter back splashes in kitchen and bathrooms. A different level of appliances. Light fixtures versus can lights. This is just to name a few. For those looking for high quality but trying to make your budget stretch, look at the Value Line homes and see if one doesn't have your name on it. |
