	THE GUERDON 2-SECTION RANCH - If you are looking for a home on all one level -- look no further. In the Guerdon 2-section ranch homes we have multiple floor plans, and can make multiple changes, giving us a truly amazing number of homes we can offer you. The pitch of the roof is very important from an esthetic standpoint. Guerdon Homes has made the decision that their standard is a 6:12 roof pitch, with an 8:12 offered as an option. This gives all Guerdon Modular homes a truly great residential exterior look. Incidentally, the optional 8:12 roof pitch comes with standard 9" flat interior ceilings (optional with the 6:12). All of our two section Guerdon floor plans can also be built as a Cape Cod home with a 10:12 roof pitch and a second floor (with the second floor unfinished). All of our Guerdon modular homes can be installed over a full foundation (basement) as well as a crawl space foundation. When looking at the plans, if you are thinking of a full foundation, start where you would like the stairs to the basement or to the second floor if you want to build it as a Cape Cod. We know it is sometimes hard to decide so we will be happy to give you some ideas of where they would work best (depending on the model) when we communicate.
